When we receive an architectural scheme (DWG) we draw up breathtaking 3D visualisations of the overall elements for that given investment. The generated model can be set up on the website to serve as a navigation element around the developer’s offer. We can then easily add another element for the given investment at any time if required.

Showing information about premises

There is a also the possibility of a visualisation which can show specific information about a chosen premise or element within. The presentation takes into account the different statuses of flats: e.g. available/booked/sold. A click on the chosen offer brings forth a subpage where you can find specific information e.g. the size of the flat.

Not only flats

There is a possibility of presenting additional elements and information about the visualised storey portrayed e.g.:

• garage space
• resident’s cubicles
• service establishments
• security guards positions
• reception desks etc.

Visualizations of surroundings

It’s possible to place additional elements on the visualisation which are in the close proximity and neighbourhood to the investments such as:

• car parks
• green areas
• playground

Integration with CMS

The information presented on the visualisation is generated “live” and integrated with the data in the general database and then fully administered by the CMS system of the website. Any editing of information about the premise (e.g. price, status) will be automatically taken into account on the visualisation.
